ProPixeler cares a lot about your privacy. Therefore we only use data that we need for (improving) our service and we handle the information about you and your use of our services with care. We will never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy aplies to the use of the website and its services of ProPixeler. This policy goes into effect on 14 june 2020. When we publish a new version the previous versions are no longer valid. This privacy policy describes what data we collect about you, where we store this data, what the data is used for and with whom and under what circumstances we will share this data with third parties. We also explain how we store your data and how we protect this data agains abuse and which rights you have regarding your data you provided to us.

About the data processing
In this chapter we describe the methods we use to process your data, where we store it, which security measures we use and who can see the data.
Security
To protect agains loss and other forms of illegal processing of your personal data (Name, e-mail address, adress) we applied fitting security measures. The data is transmitted using an encrypted and secure connection and it is stored in a secured database.
Cookies
ProPixeler only uses technical, functional and analytical cookies that do not interfere with your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your local computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit our site. The cookies that we use are necesary for the technical workings of the website and for eas of use of the site. They make sure that the website works as expected and keep track of your personal preferences for instance. We also use it to optimize or website.
Webhosting
We use Versio for our webhosting and email services. Versio uses the personal data on our behalf and does not use this data for its own purpose. Versio can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Versio has taken fitting measure to prevent theft and unauthorized use of your data.
Goal of the data processing
General goal
We use your data only for the benefit of our service to you. That means that the goal of data processing is always directly coupled with an order you gave. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data - other than on your request - to contact you, we will ask your explicit permission. Your data shall not be shared with a third party, except when needed to comply with accounting or other administrative obligations.
Automatic collected data
Data that is collected automatically by our website shall be processed with the goal to improve our service. This data (for instance your IP-adres, webbrowser and operating system) is no personal data.
Cooperation with fiscal and criminal investigations
In some cases and based on a legal obligation ProPixeler can be forced to share your personal data in connection with a fiscal or criminal investigation. In such a case ProPixeler is forced to share your data, but we will resist this as far as the law allows us.
Retention period
We keep your data as long as you are a client of ProPixeler. This means that we keep your profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate to us you wish to delete your account. We will treat this as a request to forget. Because of administrative obligations we need to save your invoices with your (personal) data. This data will be kept for the appropriate period. But your client profile and other data will be deleted.
Your rights
Because of Dutch and European law, you have certain rights regarding your personal data that is processed by us. Here we explain what those rights are and how you can call upon these rights. To prevent abuse, we will only sent copies of your data to the email adress already known to us.
Right of access
You always have the right to to view the data we process with regards to you person. You can file a request for access to your data by contacting us by means of the contact information mentioned below or using the contact form on or website. You will receive a response on your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send a copy of all your data to an email adress that is already known to us.
Right of rectification
You always have the right to have your personal data modified. You can modify the data yourself using the control panel, or you can file a request for modification of your data by contacting us by means of the contact information mentioned below. If you request us for modifying your data, you will receive a response on your request within 30 days. If your request is granted we will send a confirmation message when the data has been modified to an email adress already known to us.
Changes in the privacy policy
At all times we retain the right to modify or privacy policy. On this page you will find the the most recent version. If a new privacy policy has consequences for the way we use already collected data, then we will notify you by e-mail.
